Research Committee

The college has a research committee facilitate and guide the teaching staff and students to undertake research. The specific function of the specific function of research committee is to promote research activities within various department and fulfill the research aspects of the college. The committee comprises of well qualified, motivated and talented persons. The research and teaching should go hand in hand for knowledge accumulation. The committee encourages faculty to undertake and pursue their research and publish their findings.

Objectives:

  • To monitor, maintain and promote research activities in the college.
  • To facilitate participation and presentation of papers in seminars, conferences and workshops.
  • To encourage faculty members and students in quality research by encouraging them to publish in reputed journals.
  • To encourage faculty members to apply research grants.
  • To notify various research schemes introduced by Governments and other agencies.
  • To train faculty members to apply for research projects.
  • To encourage in house internship and projects for students.
