Grievances and Redressal Cell

The Grievances and Redressal Cell was constituted to probe into the student grievances. The Cell attempts to address genuine problems and complaints of students. The students often find themselves in situations where they are not understanding and how to cope up with situations in which they are faced. In such situations, they require some person who will able to guide and find solutions.

To encourage students to express their problems/ grievances frankly and freely and without any fear.
To develop a responsible and receptive attitude among all the stakeholders.
To create a platform where students can point out their problems, regarding academic and non-academic matters.

Functions of Cell

Grievance boxes have been installed in the college can any student can put their grievances and their suggestions.
The Cell deals with all genuine grievances of students of the college.
The Committee will meet to resolve the grievances.
All complainants should file their grievances by writing in a paper to committee/ grievance box.
There is an exclusive mechanism to address the issues relating to women and their grievances by Women Empowerment Cell.
The law of natural justice shall be observed and a fair hearing to the complainant shall be given at all levels.
The complaints will be attended promptly on receipt of grievances from the students.
